Event Report

Following DAY 1 on December 19, 2025 (Fri.), the SPRING Special Lecture for international students was held on January 20, 2026 (Tue.) at the same venue as the previous one, HIBIKINO ODORIVA (2-1 Hibikino, Wakamatsu-ku, Kitakyushu, Japan).
Morihiro Tada, President of PERSOL Global Workforce, was invited to give a presentation on what international students need to do to find a job in Japan, the current situation, and the skills required, based on clear data. He explained what foreign students need to find a job in Japan, what the current situation is like, and the skills required, based on clear data.

As in the previous session, the seminar was conducted in a hybrid online and offline format, with serious expressions on the faces of not only international students but also Japanese students. The lecture was very meaningful, with easy-to-understand explanations of the systems required on the part of Japanese companies to accept foreign nationals and the importance of Japanese language skills, etc., of foreign students who find employment.SPRINGI think it was very helpful for students to think about their future career paths.
